Under the policy direction of the Workforce Board of Northern Cook County, the area's One-Stop Career Center System offers job-seekers and employers alike access to a broad range of employment, training, education, economic development and labor market services at one convenient location. The goals are to support business growth by connecting employers to a well-prepared labor force, foster strong work preparation skills and empower job seekers with the information and support they need to make an informed decision leading to permanent, long-term work.
